| Mid-Winter Retreat |
Finding Your Rhythm, Jan. 17-19 - This special event will be held at the brand new Camp Tuolumne Trails near Groveland, CA, which is a fully accessible facility that has been tested and approved by members of our staff to be "awesome...resort-like...and a sanctuary for all." | Prescription Form |
Every person attending an event must have this form filled out in order to bring prescription medication to camp. (adults included) |
| Camper Transportation Release Form |
Must be in possession of camper at all times if not traveling to and from camp with their parent or guardian! |
| Background Check Form |
If you are an adult who will be attending or assisting with any of the listed NCNCUCC Outdoor Ministries Activities, you will need to have a completed background check on file with the Conference Office. |
