How to use the 5 for 5 worksheet:

                                           
  • Select an enthusiastic coordinator
  • Tailor with your ministries and reprint the form
  • Consider new ideas presented here
  • Enroll members willing to participate twice per month in each of the five categories
  • Invite all new members to enroll
  • Set goal of getting 20 percent (or more) participation in effort
  • Listen, record, share the stories
