BYLAWS RENEWAL - Based on the draft document and the input from discussion groups at the Annual Meeting, in local churches, and in Association settings in 2007, new bylaws for the Conference will be formulated and distributed in 2008 for formal consideration and adoption at the 2008 Annual Meeting.
