BYLAWS OF THE CONFERENCE - Based on input from discussion groups at the 2007 Annual Meeting, and in local churches and Association settings in 2007, new bylaws for the Conference were formulated and distributed early in 2008, adopted at the 2008 Annual Meeting, and revised at the 2009 Annual Meeting.
