Display Space
We will again have our Display Tables at the back of Merrill Hall (Hearthside) at this year’s Annual Gathering. Space is very limited, so it will be on a "first-come=first served" basis, as it was last year. Good News!! Vendors are now allowed to sell their goods, rather than simply taking orders. Please abide with the space allotments, so that everyone gets a fair share. We will do our best to honor all requests, but space is very limited! Please remember to include:
1) Name of the person registered for Annual Gathering (requirement!) who will be responsible for setting up on Thursday May 13th after 4:00 PM and taking down on Saturday May 15th before 9:00 PM, along with their email address and your group’s name/affiliation
2) whether or not your display needs to have an electrical outlet

3) any preferences as to which other organization/agency you’d like to share table space. We had wonderful groups who even tripled up on a table last year…we are so very grateful to you!
4) table size= 6’X18" of which you will get 1/2 or 36"X18"….those of you who are splitting 3 ways, 24"X18". Whole tables are not available due to the number of groups wanting display space.
