May 13-16 Annual Gathering at Asilomar

"A Wonderful Harmony: Transforming Church, Lives and Communities" is the theme for 2010 NCNC Annual Gathering at Asilomar conference grounds in Pacific Grove May 13-16, 2010.  Inspired by Acts 2:41-47, keynote speakers will be Ron Buford, NCNC Director of Development and Charlene J. Smith, UCC Minister for Church Vitality. 

The planning committee, chaired by Jeannie Hobson from College Ave Community Congregational UCC, Fresno is hard at work on worship, workshops, youth programs, small groups and opportunities for fun and fellowship in this beautiful spot, literally "asylum by the sea." 

There will be no increase in cost from last year.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Churches are urged to name delegates, including one youth/young adult.  (See Conference directory green section page 1 for details on delegates.)  Groups or churches intending to bring business items to the meeting please submit details to the Conference office by Jan. 15.
